The 1000 Series leveling casters are engineered for medium to heavy duty applications where mobility and leveling are required.  They are offered with two baseplate mounting options and several stem mounting options including two with a solid machined heavy duty upper raceway.   Levelers have a different part number and must be purchased separately.  For more information about the high quality features and mounting options that are offered with these products see the Overview panel.

• o-ring sealed upper thrust bearings
• CS Option: 85% stainless with some zinc plated steel hardware.
• SS Option: 100% stainless steel with 440C stainless bearings

• the Corner Baseplate is designed for mounting on 90° corners constructed from 1.5-2.0 in width tubing.   It also mounts to many extruded aluminum profiles. See Mounting Options for an overview.
• proper support is required for the upper raceway when using the Stem (ST) version mounting option.
