Atlas warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.  The buyer is fully responsible for freight and must receive authorization from the factory prior to making returns.  Atlas shall repair or replace the products at its sole and absolute discretion.  Any product that is found to be defective because of material or workmanship within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge excluding freight and installation costs.  Warranty will be void in cases of improper installation, misuse, alteration, excessive loads, abusive conditions, high speeds, normal wear-and-tear, damage in transit, or unusual operating conditions.  Atlas does not warrant any item, article, equipment, or device to which the products may be attached.

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY AND IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY ATLAS.  ATLAS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ATLAS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST INCOME, LOST BUSINESS, GOOD-WILL, WORK STOPPAGE, EQUIPMENT FAILURE AND MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE INVOICE AMOUNT EVEN IF THE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified.

All shipments are FCA our dock. Atlas does not insure shipments. Any claim or loss arising from a shipment is the customer's responsibility. Claims against short shipment must be made within 15 days.

Every Atlas product may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee.  The buyer is fully responsible for freight and must receive authorization from the factory prior to making returns. Merchandise must be in resalable condition and Atlas shall accept returns at its sole discretion.

Customers requesting sample products may receive one sample unit free of charge for a 60 day evaluation period.  At the end of this period, customers are asked to return the sample.  All samples will be issued at Atlas' sole discretion.

Sales by credit card are subject to a 2.5% fee. The fee may be waived at the Atlas' sole discretion.

Out of state customers are not charged sales tax and therefore may be liable for use taxes in your state.
